Our first Workshop Series digs into challenges we’ve consistently seen teams face in the early stage space, especially around operationalizing their intentions around equitable hiring and culture building into the default and foundation for the business.
If you are reading this on our website - we already know that people are the most important asset of your organization.
We’re excited to support the work your team already does internally as we co-build best in class infrastructure and processes with you so that you’ll consistently bring in the right talent in growing the team. Next, we’ll help you formalize some of those efforts with a pre-ERG/affinity group structure that helps all employees to flex and build up their equity-forward culture muscles together.
This offering sits naturally ontop of our recruiting work for individual roles, and is a product of our learnings and proven results in helping early teams build out their hiring processes and scoping roles so that they are ready to engage with the best talent.
Outcomes: Infuse your hiring process with the best practices and infrastructure to grow and retain talent equitably, while reducing bias across the board. We expect results to be evident months and even years beyond this "definitely not a check box" program.
Step 1:
Assessment via our knowledge through partnering together
Intentional listening sessions with current teammates
4 X 90 min Hour Virtual Workshops (ask for details if on-site workshops are prefered)

Target Participants: Open to all employees, no limit to number of participants, recorded sessions and curriculum provided for future training
