FAQ

What are your fees?

Our fees are paid by our employer clients depending on the applicable services. After learning more about the needs and goals of our partners, we’re able to recommend which method of services and subsequently fees will lead to success. Other consulting services are scoped individually. We get that this isn’t a super helpful answer, but based on our 4+ years of experience know it’s the best way to approach hiring, especially when it’s high stakes. We only work with startups - and have different approaches we know to be successful for pre-seed and seed stage organizations, as well as series A (our sweet spot) and series B teams. What is your model?

Most of our engagements are for Retained Search where we own the full cycle of the process and are dedicated to making the best hire for the duration of the process. We also partner hourly with clients where some coaching, process building, or other flexible capacity expansion support is the best option.

What cities/region do you work in?

We work with startups across the United States, and place candidates into a mixture of remote and in-office opportunities across the country.

What roles do you work on?

We place across the first 100 hires in a startup, building relationships across the business. We place across sales, marketing, operations, customer success, support, engineering, product, finance, etc.

Do you work on part time or full time roles?

Most of the roles that we work are full-time, but have flexibility in mind. Part-time opportunities can be a great asset for both organizations and candidates, but tend to be counter-culture and therefore more of a case by case discussion that we’re always eager to advocate for.

Can non-parents work with you?

Yes! While initially designed as a solution for parents, we have expanded our mission to support startups in hiring the best candidates - with a strong focus on supporting historically excluded candidate groups.
