
The Process
1) Prep Work
We help with resumes and figuring out what type of role makes the most sense for prospective hustlers, so that we’ll be ready as soon as the right role is available.
2) matching
When a role comes up - we work with the hustler(s) that would be a good fit and create an agile role profile so that the employers know exactly what flexibility would help make the right environment for them to thrive. Once a hustler is committed to the process for a role, we provide their profile and resume to the employer for evaluation.
3) interviewing
For any hustler selected to interview, Hustler Hunters will help logistically by coordinating the scheduling and feedback/review process.
4) Hiring
We’ll help with coaching of both sides to help ensure that everyone is on the same page throughout the offer process, and collect our fee only once an employee has been successfully placed (guaranteed for 90 days).
