
The Process
1) Prep Work
We discuss what’s important for these roles and your organization in general, and what support and flexibility levers are available to help employees thrive. We dive deep into definition around both hard and soft skills to reduce bias and ensure a true match.
2) Candidates
We send up to 5 vetted and aligned resumes for a role. Each candidate will come with a bio including strengths, potential weaknesses, and what type of organization support would help them thrive and do their best work. References and skills are confirmed. You choose up to 3 you want to interview.
3) interviewing
Interviews are set up by Hustle Hunters, with support for process and candidate questioning. Hustle Hunters manages feedback, candidate communication, and follow-up round/project scheduling.
4) Hiring
We’ll help coach both parties towards transparency to help ensure that everyone is on the same page throughout the offer process, and collect our fee only once an employee has been successfully placed (guaranteed for 90 days).
