Who is Hustle Hunters focused on including in an equitable hiring process? And How?
Hustle Hunters is for everyone who is looking to join a startup’s foundational team. Our approach is to identify and learn from groups that have traditionally not been served by the way our society structure roles, organizations and hiring processes. We are in the people business, with an underrepresented minority (URM)-forward focus. We know that when womxn thrive - we all thrive. When Black and Indigenous people thrive - we all thrive. When we have true workplace diversity and belonging - we all thrive.
Likely there’s intersectionality in how you identify with these different groups. But this is how we’re operating now. This will be a continuous journey.
